Bonfire Event – January 10th 2026

As the end of the year approaches, itis time for our traditional Bonfire Event. This event offers residents the opportunity to come together, catchup, and enjoy each other’s company in a festive setting. 

To maintain a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere, we kindly ask participants to limit their invitations to a maximum of 2 guests. The Bonfire Event is intended for Jan Sofat residents.

  • New website: please visit regularly for updates and important announcements: www.bvjs.org
  • LPR forms (license plate recognition): now available online via Living > Access to Jan Sofat on our website.
  • Responsible dog ownership: keep dogs leashed outside your own property and clean up immediately using “scoopers,” helping us maintain a safe and clean community.
  • General information / finances: in consultation with our attorney, the board has taken steps to address significant outstanding contributions to protect the financial stability of our community funds.
  • Membership contribution (rates effective January 1, 2025):
    • XCG 300 for homes
    • XCG 150 for undeveloped lots

Maintenance gatehouse

Maintenance work has recently been carried out on the gatehouse. It has been repainted and air conditioning has been installed.

A complete renovation of the entrance to Jan Sofat, including a new gatehouse, is planned for the new year.
