Planning (re)construction at Jan Sofat? Notify the neighborhood association at least 2 weeks before the start via the online form. Without timely notification, no access will be granted to heavy construction traffic. Depending on the scope of the project, at the discretion of the neighborhood association, the owner pays a bond (Xcg) to guarantee against potential damage to roads or facilities.

Liablity and Deposit

For larger scale projects, eg. New contruction , renovation or remodelling a deposit is required. The owner is required to deposit a security of Xcg 5,000 on the bank account of the neighborhood association for potential damage to the roads and sidewalks resulting from the construction work. This deposit must be made prior to the commencement of the work.
