- Responsible dog ownership: keep dogs leashed outside your own property and clean up immediately using “scoopers,” helping us maintain a safe and clean community.
- General information / finances: in consultation with our attorney, the board has taken steps to address significant outstanding contributions to protect the financial stability of our community funds.
