Jan Sofat maintains a consistent access policy: residents and registered guests have 24/7 access via the staffed main gate. Staff, suppliers, construction workers, and contractors may enter Monday to Friday only, from 07:00 to 17:00; from 16:30 onwards no new entry is granted. A dedicated right-hand lane with License Plate Recognition (LPR) is available for residents.
Report changes to your living situation as soon as possible, within 4 weeks at the latest. This includes, among others, the start/end of a tenancy, sale of the property, and changes in family composition (e.g., birth, departure, or co‑residing family). Use the online form and add supporting documents where applicable (tenancy agreement/deed of sale, identification, registration).
