The Board of the Jan Sofat Neighborhood Association consists of seven members who are collectively responsible for policy and day-to-day management. The Board is supported by a secretary. Although not part of the Board, the secretary handles administration and communication for the association’s activities.

The Board meets monthly to discuss ongoing matters and make decisions that contribute to the neighborhood’s safety, livability, and quality. In addition, a General Members’ Meeting is held once a year, to which all residents are invited. During this meeting, key topics are discussed and the budget, prepared by the Board, is submitted to members for approval. In this way, the association remains transparent and engaged, and residents have a direct influence on the community’s direction and priorities.
