The Board is supported by a secretary. Although not part of the Board, the secretary handles administration and communication for the association\u2019s activities.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">The Board meets monthly to discuss ongoing matters and make decisions that contribute to the neighborhood\u2019s safety, livability, and quality. In addition, a General Members\u2019 Meeting is held once a year, to which all residents are invited. During this meeting, key topics are discussed and the budget, prepared by the Board, is submitted to members for approval. In this way, the association remains transparent and engaged, and residents have a direct influence on the community\u2019s direction and priorities.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Overview of Board members with
